At present, Khun Dan Prakarnchon Operation and Maintenance Project comprises Mr. Jessada Bunsuya, Director of the Project with 43 persons working in the Project; 10 government officials, 11 permanent employees and 22 government employees. The Project has requested more manpower because it is not in conformity with work load at present. However, additional staff has not yet provided for work performance in several branches as requested. It is necessary to adjust the plan by secondment from other agencies and employment of competent temporary employees. Nevertheless, it is still insufficient due to limited budget for employment and some government officials and permanent employees are assigned to perform other works besides their own responsibilities.
